Josabi’s Acres is located in Helotes, Texas on over seven acres of land. We are located just five miles outside loop 1604 on Bandera Road. We would love to be your preferred venue for your event. We have multiple options when booking an event at Josabi’s.
We have two beautiful and spacious outdoor patios, an outdoor stage/band/DJ area, an indoor/outdoor area that comfortably sits a large party for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, quince’s, reunions, corporate parties, retirement, military events, etc…. These options are so versatile, they can accommodate intimate celebrations of just 40 guests and are perfect for celebrations of up to 500 guests. The rustic, industrial setting is a blank canvas with endless options for decorating for your event.
Also, our guests love that we allow you to choose the caterer of your choice. That’s right, when you book your event at Joasbi’s Acres, you get to choose the food that’s right for you and your event! We do have a few preferred vendors we love and always love to hear what your favorite caterers are as well.
Venue Room Options:
– Our 1600 square foot air conditioned/heated building nestled just behind the warehouse accommodates approximately 50-110 guests and comes with 80 white banquet chairs and eight, 60 inch white banquet tables. This is a perfect space for a smaller celebration such as a gender reveal, surprise birthday, bridal/baby shower, high school/college graduation, reunion, etc….
– The 1800 square foot warehouse building with large rustic barn door and industrial elements is air/heat controlled, and includes large doors that open to the main patio. It truly combines the two spaces. The rental of the warehouse and patio area come with 90 white banquet tables and 10, 60 inch round white banquet tables. The space comfortably seats up to 150 guests. When utilizing the indoor/outdoor space together, you can have space comfortable for up to 300 guests.
– Our main building option is air conditioned. It comfortably sits up to 90 guests in an informal setting and is perfect for more intimate parties such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, etc… The standard setup for this building is low and high three foot tables with black matching chairs/stools.
– The bridal suite sitting on the second floor of the main building is spacious enough for you and your entire bridal party. You’ll have access to this area the entire day and have the option to have your professional hair and makeup artist on-site.
